So tomorrow we do what they cant…..
I was told recently by someone in a prestigious corporate position that its harder for them to train a person with an education and passion then it is to train someone who has no experience in the industry at all. And i quote “I want you to forget what you know, learn the script, whether you believe it or not”. Well i don’t believe the script and ill DEFINITELY NOT forget the things i know. Training is not scripted, it’s created. Everyone is different and should be trained differently.
I want you to keep this in mind next time u join a ‘health center’ and sit down with a health professional to discuss the best plan for you to reach your goals. Scripts are designed to sell not help. Its time to help yourself. Maybe ask your health professional what their education is. You might be surprised.

Yesterday was my first Dead Lift day in quite some time. Needless to say my back and hammy’s are feeling wrecked. Hips extended, legs straight, bar to the floor. OUCH.
The oldest recognized exercise is the dead lift. Used by the Greeks, not only to train their Olympians, but also their GLADIATORS. Men lifted the largest rock they could find from the floor to waist hight, the dead lift was performed as a test of strength. Train like a gladiator.
GET FIT. GET JACKED.
As humans, we’ve evolved to the position we are because we have the ability to think – Problem solving, compensation, adaptation. All amazing tools we possess to find the easy way out. We harnessed fire, made the wheel, jumped on a horse, built the motor car, all in an effort to not have to work. The more advanced we become seems the fatter we get. MAKE TIME! Too often people work harder at making excuses to NOT workout then working out itself. There’s 168 hours in a week yet people still can’t manage to find the time. BULL SHIT.
What people need to understand. is that not budgeting a little time to hit the weights, jump on a treadmill or take the dog for a
fucking walk is leading them down a dark path. Child obesity (WTF)? 25-year-old with diabetes? heart disease? All devastating subjects that effect a large percentage of our society. There is no better time than now to lighten the dark path.
ACCOUNTABILITY – This is a very powerful weapon in our battle to be healthy. It’s the reason I train, it’s the reason why 99% of people train. Health is a given. And with health comes satisfaction. Its time people get their shit together, ass’s off the computer (of course after reading this), Put the Playstation away, and MAKE TIME. Its time you hold yourself accountable to yourself. Get healthy. Get fit. Get jacked.
